I picked a ridiculous amount of strawberries at our local strawberry patch this year. For the few weeks following, pretty much everything we ate involved strawberries in one form or another. It was my first time making fruit leather – and I was VERY skeptical of the whole process to say the least. However, I am so pleased to report that this snack made with real fruit turned out amazing, and everyone loved it – most of all me!
