Preheat oven to 150F (60C)
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth
Pour the fruit puree into the prepared cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the layer is not too thick, only about 1/8 inch (about 3mm) thick.
Place in the oven for about 12 hours.
Check regularly. When the middle is no longer tacky, your fruit leather is done.
Allow to cool completely. Use a pizza cutter to cut into long, narrow strips.
Reove the strips from the parchment paper, and roll up into rolls.
