- Chop your stale sourdough bread into small cubes
- Add to a large mixing bowl, then drizzle with olive oil so that all the bread cubes are coated
- Lastly, add your seasonings & salt to taste
- Mix everything together until all bread cubes are evenly coated with herbs & oil
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Turn out the coated bread cubes onto the cookie sheet and arrange in a single layer
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir, and bake for another 15mins until golden
- Allow to cool before serving with your favorite soup, salad or storing for later use
