How to Make Sourdough Croutons 

from Stale Bread

Sourdough croutons recipe made with olive oil, your favorite seasonings, and stale sourdough bread. A perfect recipe for soups, salads, or snacking!

What You’ll Need:

– Stale sourdough bread

– Olive oil

– Salt

– Favorite seasonings (I like to use oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic & onion powder)

Step 1

– Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

– Chop your stale sourdough bread into small cubes.

Step 2

– Add to a large mixing bowl, then drizzle with olive oil so that all the bread cubes are coated.

– Lastly, add your seasonings & salt to taste.

Step 3

– Mix everything together until all bread cubes are evenly coated with herbs & oil.

Step 4

– Bake for 15 minutes, stir, and bake for another 15 mins until golden.
