Instructions
1. Chop up ginger root into smaller ginger pieces 2. Juice your lemons until you get a cup lemon juice. 3. Place a few pieces of ginger and 1 tsp of lemon juice into each bottle 4. Fill to the top of each bottle with first fermentation kombucha tea 5. Seal and set out of direct sunlight for 3-5 days for secondary fermentation 6. Serve over ice
