What You'll Need

– 4 cups chopped rhubarb stalks – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 1 tbs water – 1 tbs lemon juice – 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour – 1 1/4 cups quick oats (or instant oats)

Step 1
