– 1 cup Flour of choice – 4 Eggs – 1.5 cups Milk – 1 cup leftover sourdough starter (discard) – melted butter – water

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl

Slowly whisk in the milk, eggs, and butter. Use a hand whisk or an immersion blender with the whisk attachment.

Step 3

Incorporate everything together until you reach a smooth consistency.

Step 4

Cover with plastic wrap & allow the batter to rest in the fridge for 30mins-1hr
